Lactation Consultations can help address nipple and breast pain, engorgement, pain with or difficulty latching or finding comfortable positioning, concerns of low milk supply, questions around supplementing and pumping, fussiness at the breast, common concerns such as thrush, plugged ducts and mastitis, introducing solids, weaning, and so much more.

A manual therapy with osteopathic roots, CST is gentle and effective for a variety of ailments.

CST can be beneficial for babies who are dealing with colic, reflux, spitting up, fussiness, breastfeeding issues, difficulty latching, favoring one position or one breast over the other, sleeplessness, digestive discomforts, teething, sensitivities, head injuries, trauma from childbirth and so much more.

Catered to the individual needs of new and expectant mamas, I can help relieve tension, discomfort and pain, correct dysfunction, and soothe the nervous system. I do C-section scar massage to improve appearance and function. I also do lactation massage for engorgement, plugged ducts and low milk supply.

New parents need a lot of support in the fourth trimester. I help families become confident in their newborn care skills, help them process their birth experience, aid them in healing and recovery, provide breastfeeding education, prepare healthy snacks and meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties so parents can rest and bond with their baby.
